Watch Me Grow
This ambitious project in San Mateo County seeks to improve the availability of screening for child development and family functioning and integrate services for children birth through 5 years of age. A demonstration site in South San Francisco will implement screening through early care and education centers, schools, and other community services. A county-wide component will increase physician information and training regarding screening, providing a medical home for children with delays and disabilities, and accessing services.
