Instructor Course at CAPE

CAPE offers an immersive Simulation Instructor Program designed to provide the tools necessary for multi-disciplinary teams to develop a simulation program.  Concepts of adult learning theory that support simulation-based learning are integrated into the curriculum.  Healthcare professionals from around the world come to CAPE to develop and conduct scenarios, learn to use videotape and facilitate debriefings.  Teams have come from over 20 countries including Singapore, Japan, Mexico, Norway, Pakistan, Russia, Canada, France, Germany, Great Britain, Netherlands, India, Israel, Italy, Slovenia and Sweden.
