Life at Stanford
Enjoying all the Bay Area has to offer
Being a fellow at Stanford gives you access to beaches and mountains, state and national parks, wine country, collegiate and professional sporting events, world-class restaurants, museums, theater, and much more.
Our Community
Stanford neonatal-perinatal fellows live as far North as San Francisco (roughly 45 minutes from campus), all along the Peninsula, and as far South as San Jose (roughly 25 minutes from campus). No matter where they reside, our fellows have proximity to both city life and the outdoors. Getting around the Bay Area is made easier thanks to the free, unlimited CalTrain GoPass provided by the University.
